Enzyme Reagent
- Unit Definition: One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to digest 1 µg of pXba DNA fragments in 1 hour at 37°C in a total reaction volume of 50 µl.
- Storage Conditions: 10 mM Tris-HCl, 50 mM KCl, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM EDTA, 200 μg/ml BSA, 50% Glycerol, pH 7.4 at 25°C.
- Reaction Conditions: Incubate at 37°C using 1X Buffer CutA.
- Reaction Buffer or Mix: 1X Buffer CutA consists of 10 mM Bis-Tris-Propane-HCl, 10 mM MgCl2, 100 μg/ml BSA, pH 7 at 25°C.
- Heat Inactivation: Not required.
