Gloria Nova HS DNA Polymerase is a highly engineered thermostable enzyme designed for high-fidelity PCR applications, offering exceptional processivity and accuracy. Engineered with a unique structure incorporating a recombinant synthesis enhancement domain, it delivers superior extension speed and fidelity comparable to Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase while exceeding its performance in key metrics.

The enzyme exhibits strong 3’-5’ exonuclease activity (proofreading), resulting in extreme high fidelity—10 to 15 times higher than Taq DNA polymerase and six times higher than Pyrococcus furiosus DNA polymerase. This makes it ideal for applications requiring accurate amplification of complex or long templates.

A proprietary antibody-mediated hot-start mechanism effectively suppresses non-specific amplifications at room temperature, ensuring clean reactions and improved specificity even during setup.

Gloria Nova HS 2X HF Master Mix combines the high-fidelity Gloria HiFi DNA polymerase with optimized dNTPs, reaction buffer, and MgCl2. This ready-to-use formulation delivers robust amplification efficiency across diverse template types, including genomic DNA from animals and plants, cDNA, and other challenging samples.
